Class Descriptions

The 1-Hour gentle yoga classes are open for beginners, intermediate students who are interested in the traditional Yoga and practicing Yoga on the regular basis. The classes provide breathing exercises, sun salutations (the most famous yoga sequence), key postures, and relaxation. In summary, we will have a comprehensive, balanced class with steady flow, relaxation between asanas and guided instruction throughout. It will help our students to build foundation for future Yoga practice. We welcome first-time students.
